About our card sets

"How Are You Really Doing?" offers accessible yet highly effective tools to support you in engaging in deep, honest conversations. In today's fast-paced world, it can be challenging to find the time and the right words to share our true feelings. We developed our card sets in collaboration with a licensed therapist to address this need. They create a safe space for closeness and understanding without fear of judgment.

The "How Are You Really?" card sets are available in German, English, and Finnish. You can find them at various retailers worldwide, including the Kaufland Marketspace.

About the founder

Lana is the visionary behind "How Are You Really?". Originally from Finland, she has lived in many places around the world and currently resides in Bali. Her own experiences with difficulties in truly opening up and sharing her feelings led her to the idea of "How Are You Really?". Knowing the importance of honest and open communication, Lana decided to develop tools that would make it easier for others to add depth to their interpersonal relationships. Our card sets are consciously influenced by Lana's own journey and experiences to address and meet real needs for real people.
