If you are not 100 percent satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us within 30 days . In this case, we will refund the full purchase price.
- After 30 days from receipt of the original order, your order cannot be returned or exchanged.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return.
- If the order cannot be delivered and/or is not picked up from a parcel depot in time, the shipping service provider will automatically return it to us. In this case, we will refund your purchase price, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Important
- Please ensure that your return includes your order number as well as the name and address you used to place the order. This is the only way we can be sure to correctly assign the return to you.
- Please make sure to keep your return receipt from the shipping company so we can track your return. We recommend insured shipping, including a tracking number.
Digital products
- You have the right to cancel digital orders within 30 days of receiving the digital card sets without giving any reason.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products that have already been downloaded. Once digital card sets have been downloaded, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
- If a digital product is defective or does not work as described, you are also entitled to a refund or repair.
