The owner of the online store wiegehtesdircirklich.com (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is the How Are You Really? Group (14696471), located at Sauna 4-6, Muraste, Harjumaa, 76905, Estonia.

The validity of the purchase contract, product and price information


The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the online shop.

The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. Shipping costs depend on the buyer's location and the shipping method. Shipping costs are displayed when the buyer places the order. All prices are indicated in euros (€).

The product information is displayed directly next to the product in the online shop.

Place an order

To order, add the desired products to your shopping cart. Fill in all required fields and select the most appropriate shipping method to complete your order.

If you are using a bank account, confirm the order and then click the "Return to Merchant" button.

The personal data required to process payments will be transmitted to the authorized processor of your chosen payment method. The contract enters into force when the amount to be paid is transferred to the online store's bank account.

If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods due to delivery bottlenecks or other reasons, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the amount paid (including shipping costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the notification.

Broadcast

Goods are shipped worldwide. Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding pricing information is displayed next to the shipping method. All customs fees are borne by the buyer and not by the store.

Unless otherwise stated, international shipping costs (outside the EU) do not include any customs duties/import taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

All shipments within Germany generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 2-5 business days after the purchase contract comes into effect. All shipments within the EU are guaranteed to be delivered within 14 calendar days .

Right of withdrawal/return

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the e-store within 30 days. Digital products are non-refundable after downloading.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee—if for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you can return the product to us for a full refund. Returned products must be in good condition, not broken, and show no signs of wear. We do not accept returns of broken products.

The buyer must bear the cost of return shipping unless the reason for the return is that a refundable product does not correspond to the order (e.g., an incorrect or defective product).

The buyer must retain a receipt or proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the above-mentioned period.

The online shop may refuse to refund until it has received the goods back or until the buyer has provided evidence that he has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

The online store has the right to withdraw from the sale and reclaim the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods stated in the online store is significantly lower than the market price of the goods due to an error.

Defective goods

The online store is liable for non-compliance with the contractual terms of the goods sold to the buyer or for defects that already existed at the time of delivery and that appear within two years of delivery of the goods to the buyer.

The online shop is not liable for defects that occur after delivery of the goods to the buyer.

If the goods purchased from the online store exhibit defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund the buyer all payments related to the purchase contract.

Direct marketing and processing of personal data

The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and ship the goods to the buyer. The online store passes the personal data on to the transport service provider for the purpose of delivering the goods.

The online store will only send newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address if the buyer has expressed this wish by entering his email address on the website and indicating his wish to receive direct advertising.

The buyer can unsubscribe from receiving offers and newsletters to his email address at any time by notifying us by email or by clicking on "Unsubscribe" at the end of each email.

Dispute resolution

Any complaints from a buyer about the online store must be submitted by email or telephone.

If the buyer and the online store cannot resolve the dispute amicably, the buyer may contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The Consumer Disputes Committee is responsible for resolving disputes arising from a contract between a buyer and the online store. Dispute resolution by the Consumer Dispute Resolution Committee is free of charge for the buyer.
